Sunday Best Cleaning Co. charges flat prices by home size. On a typical 3-bedroom, 2-bath home (about 1,800 to 2,100 sq ft): $185 for a first standard clean, $149 weekly, $165 every two weeks, $185 monthly, $355 for a deep clean and $385 for a move-in or move-out clean. No sales tax is added.

Pricing questions
Why do you publish prices when other cleaners do not?
Because you should know the price before you give anyone your phone number. Our prices are flat by bedrooms and bathrooms, and the quote you get by text matches this page.
Why is there no sales tax?
The Texas Comptroller treats janitorial services as taxable on nonresidential property. Residential house cleaning is not on that list, so we do not charge tax on it. Some local companies still quote '+8.25% tax'; compare the all-in number.
What if my home is bigger or messier than the table assumes?
Homes over 5 bedrooms are quoted by hand. If a home needs much more work than a normal deep clean (heavy buildup, hoarding, post-renovation debris), we will tell you before we start and agree a price with you. No surprise charges after the fact.
When do recurring prices start?
After your first visit. The first clean is a standard or deep clean depending on the home, then weekly, every-two-week or monthly pricing applies.
