What is the difference between a deep clean and a standard clean?
A standard clean keeps a maintained home clean. A deep clean resets a home that has fallen behind: hand-wiped baseboards, door frames, vents, fixtures, sills and tracks, plus extra time on kitchen grease and bathroom grout. A common plan is one deep clean, then recurring standard visits.
Do you deep clean new construction?
Yes. New homes in Katy, Fulshear and Richmond often carry fine construction dust in vents, tracks, sills and cabinet tops for months after closing. A deep clean clears it so regular visits stay quick. Heavy post-construction cleanup (paint, mortar, stickers on every window) is quoted separately.

Is inside the oven and fridge part of a deep clean?
Not by default. Inside the fridge and inside the oven are $35 add-ons each, and inside cabinets is $45. Keeping them optional is how we keep the base deep-clean price fair. Move-out cleans of empty homes include them.
How long does a deep clean take?
Longer than a standard clean, usually most of a day for a 3 bed / 2 bath home depending on condition. We confirm an arrival window by text and finish when the checklist is complete.
Do I need a deep clean before recurring service?
Only if your home needs it. If it has been more than a month or two since a professional clean, a deep clean first means your recurring visits keep it there instead of catching up.
