Prices

Prices on this website are flat prices for the home sizes shown. Your confirmed price is the one we send you before the visit. If the home is materially different from what was described (size, condition, or added work), we will tell you before starting and agree any change with you.

Residential only

We clean private residences. We do not currently offer commercial or office cleaning.

Access and safety

You agree to give us safe access at the scheduled time and to tell us about pets, alarms and anything fragile or off-limits. We may decline work that is unsafe, including biohazards, pest infestations or heavy mold.

Re-clean policy

If something on our checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the visit, ideally with a photo. We will return and re-clean the missed area at no charge. This is our remedy for missed items; it does not create a refund obligation.

Payment

Payment is by card through a secure online link. Prepaid packages are paid in full up front and are for the home they were sold for.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to visits booked after the effective date shown.
