How much does house cleaning cost in Katy?

Recurring visits cost less: $149 weekly, $165 every two weeks, or $185 monthly on that same 3/2 home. Residential cleaning is not on the Texas list of taxable services, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Should my first visit be a standard clean or a deep clean?
If your home has had regular professional cleaning in the last month or so, a standard clean is usually enough. If it has been longer, or you are not sure, a deep clean gets baseboards, door frames, vents and built-up grime that a standard visit is not timed for. We will tell you honestly which one fits after a couple of questions.
What does a visit look like?
You get a confirmed day and arrival window by text. Your cleaner works through the same written checklist every visit, room by room, and finishes with a walk-through. You do not need to be home; a door code or lockbox works fine. If anything on the checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and fix it free.

Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer we use specific products in your home, leave them out and let us know when you book.
