For newer Bridgeland and Towne Lake homes, a deep clean clears construction dust from vents, tracks and cabinet tops. In established Copperfield homes, it is grout, baseboards and the kitchen.

How much does a deep clean cost in Katy?
Deep cleans are priced flat by size: $225 for 1 bed / 1 bath, $275 for 2/1, $355 for a typical 3 bed / 2 bath (about 1,800 to 2,100 sq ft), $435 for 4/3 and $485 for 5/3. Homes over 5 bedrooms we quote by hand. Prices include everything listed here; add-ons like inside the fridge and oven are priced separately so you only pay for what you want.
What is the difference between a deep clean and a standard clean?
A standard clean keeps a maintained home clean. A deep clean resets a home that has fallen behind: hand-wiped baseboards, door frames, vents, fixtures, sills and tracks, plus extra time on kitchen grease and bathroom grout. A common plan is one deep clean, then recurring standard visits.
Do you deep clean new construction?
Yes. New homes in Katy, Fulshear and Richmond often carry fine construction dust in vents, tracks, sills and cabinet tops for months after closing. A deep clean clears it so regular visits stay quick. Heavy post-construction cleanup (paint, mortar, stickers on every window) is quoted separately.
