Move-out and move-in cleans are flat by size: $250 for 1 bed / 1 bath, $300 for 2/1, $385 for a typical 3 bed / 2 bath, $470 for 4/3 and $520 for 5/3. Inside cabinets, fridge and oven are included because the home is empty, which is exactly when they can be done properly.
Will a move-out clean get my deposit back?
We cannot promise what a landlord decides, and nobody honest can. What we do is clean to a move-out checklist that covers the places inspections focus on (inside appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, floors and baseboards) and send you photos at the end. If something on the checklist was missed, we come back within 24 hours of your report and fix it free.
Should the home be empty?
Yes, or as close to empty as possible. Furniture and boxes block baseboards, floors and closets. If you need a clean while things are still in the home, book a deep clean instead.
